Steps in Data Processing
- Client data is received via email or CD/diskette/ZipDisk
- Data is "cleaned" (if necessary)
- Data is imported into system and placed into "Work In Progress" table until it is retreived for processing
- Data is checked for duplicate records from prior submissions
- Owner addresses are automatically fixed and normalized
- Owner notification letters are created and mailed
- Letters are tracked as they return
- Final exposure report is generated
- A digital reporting package is created after the final exposure report is approved
- Processed records are moved to the "Archive" table for future reference
